    Field of the Invention
    The present invention relates to a perfected 'open-easy' lid of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap, of which they can be used to vacuum-pack and seal a tray with product, preferably with food content, to allow access to the its contents by means of the well-known 'easy-open' device and subsequent hygienic closure for the storage of leftover product remains until a near partial or total emptying.

    Background of the invention
    Until now, only 'open-easy' rigid or flexible film caps are known that are used by starting an unsealed corner of the sealed shrink film to the product tray through the peripheral strip of the tray, or a band attached to the surface of the first.
    These devices carry the disadvantage of an almost total impracticability of their purpose when trying to start the sealed shrink film with the very small surface of the 'easy-open' corner.
    There is, however, no 'open-easy' lid device perfected from rigid or flexible film that is used by means of the built-in flap device for easy opening of suitable surface and sealed with its sealing strip on the upper surface of the periphery of the shrink film forming a bag, with the exception of the device described in the patent application with no. P 2016 0 0441 of the same author.
    Therefore, there is a need for a perfected 'open-easy' lid of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap, for the possibility of allowing access to the contents of the closed container in a more comfortable way that promises to offer the known 'easy-open' , and subsequent hygienic closure as a possibility of storage of product remains, which offers the advantages of adequate size, application of cheap materials, versatility of use and practical handling. It is precisely here, where the present invention is involved.

    - Figure 2 shows a plan view of a perfected 'easy-open' lid of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap, in its closed state, with the shrink film sealed to the product tray through the peripheral strip of the tray, visible the 'easy-open' tab under the easy-open flap sealed with its sealing strip on the upper surface of the periphery of the shrink film including tab.
    - Figure 3 shows an upward view of the 'easy-open' lid perfected with the sealed flap, the product tray with its tray periphery being appraised, the retractable film lifted, the sealed easy opening flap visible, the slit of grip and the unsealed bottom face of it.
    Detailed description of the invention
    For reasons of simplicity of exposure, the following description will be made in relation to the use of the perfected 'open-easy' cover of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap, object of the invention, as a package for sliced solid food products .

    However, this should not be construed as a limitation of the invention, but as an illustration thereof by way of example, since, as mentioned above, the present flap cover can have many other applications.
    Referring first to Figures 1 to 3 of the drawings, it is noted that the perfected 'easy-open' cover of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap (1), object of the invention, comprises a shrink film (3) closing the product tray (2), which has an easy opening flap (5) with a grip slit (10) in a corner of its upper part and an easy-opening tab (4) under it.
    Figure 1 shows the easy opening flap (5) separated from the rest of the lid, seen from below, visible on its lower face its sealing strip (6) and the part of its lower unsealed face (8) in whose center is located the grip (10).
    As can be seen in Figure 2, the sealed flap cover (1) is sealed to the product tray (2) through the peripheral strip (7) of the tray.
    The easy opening flap (5) is sealed with its sealing strip (6) on the upper surface of the periphery of the shrink film (3), visible the grip slit (10).
    Figure 3 shows the state of opening of the container with the 'easy-open' lid perfected of rigid or flexible film (1), lifted by means of the easy-opening flap (5) sealed thereto.
    In order to use said lid with a sealed flap, the shrink film (3) sealed to the periphery (7) of the product tray (2) is first started by inserting a finger or a suitable object in the gap between the face top of the film and bottom face of the unsealed flap part to the bottom above the 'easy-open' tab (4). In a first step, the end of the lid is lifted with the flange by leveraging it. Next, the container lid is opened by means of a decisive movement upwards and in the center direction of the lid (1), once the suitable finger or tool has been passed through the grip, allowing this protection against involuntary sliding.
    The quantity of slices of desired or necessary product is removed and the lid is closed with a slight pressure on the periphery of the tray.

    For the use of non-solid, liquid or non-sliced products, the lid is opened in the same way through a decisive upward movement, after having exerted lever force on it, using the part of the flap not sealed on its surface with its grip, closing as in the previous description, after having handled the product inside in the desired way.

    - Use of cheap materials, such as rigid or flexible plastic film.
    - Aesthetic presentation form, since the 'open-easy' cover perfected of rigid or flexible film with sealed flap offers an aspect of integrity both before being used for the first time, and after being used and closed again.
    The above description has focused on the essential features of the invention. However, it is understood that the 'easy-open' cover perfected with the described sealed flap could be subject to modifications in its shape and structure without departing from the invention. Therefore, it is intended that the scope thereof be limited solely by the content of the appended claims.
